Morgan’s Yearbook Refund and Cancellation Policy

SINGLE-YEAR PURCHASE

Cancellation made by 15 January in year of publication: full refund
Cancellation made after 15 January in year of publication: no refund

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Cancellation made by 15 January:

  • first year of subscription – full refund
  • subsequent year – subscription payment will not be collected

Cancellation made after 15 January in year of publication: no refund

NOTES

  1. ‘Cancellation’ also includes a reduction in the number of yearbooks ordered
  2. Any refund due will normally be paid by the same method used for payment of the original order
  3. Any charitable donation made at the same time as the original order will be included in the refund unless otherwise requested by the customer
  4. Cancellation must be notified by one of the following methods (in order of preference).
    In all cases, please provide a clear message including also your surname, address, postcode and phone number.
